Terms for the Velisona open beta.

The service
Velisona is operated by Ihor Maiorov. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, stop using it. Contact: igor.v.maiorov@gmail.com. The Privacy Policy explains data processing.
Open beta
Velisona 1.0.1 is an experimental open beta for adults aged 18 or older. Registration does not require an invitation. The current beta is free; any future paid service will require separate notice and acceptance. Features, availability and supported devices may change. App store distribution is being prepared and is not guaranteed.
Your account
Provide accurate information and keep control of your sign-in methods, email and trusted devices. You are responsible for permitted use of your account and for preserving important local history or exports. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Acceptable use
Do not use Velisona for illegal activity, harassment, threats, exploitation of children, fraud, spam, malware or infringement of others’ rights. Do not bypass account blocks, access controls or service protections, or overload the service. Obtain any legally required consent before recording or distributing a conversation. Block unwanted contacts in the app and report abuse through Report a problem or support.
Your content
You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for having permission to share it. You authorize only processing needed to deliver, temporarily store encrypted content and operate the service. Problem reports and the files you choose to attach are shared with the team for support. Recipients may retain copies; deletion cannot erase copies saved outside our control.
Availability and limitations
Calls depend on devices, network conditions, permissions and operating-system restrictions. Velisona is not an emergency service. Beta defects may cause interruptions or data loss; keep independent copies of important information. Chat attachments expire from the server within 7 days and are not permanent cloud storage.
Suspension and deletion
We may restrict accounts to enforce these terms, protect users or comply with applicable law. You can stop using the service and delete your account in the app or request deletion at /delete-account/. We provide notice of significant changes when practical and lawful, except where immediate action is needed.
Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided as available without promises of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a specific purpose or preservation of data. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control to the extent allowed by law.
Updates
The current terms and their effective date are published here. We will communicate material changes when required. These terms do not remove any mandatory rights you have under applicable local law.
