Permanently remove your Velisona account and its server data.

Delete directly in the app
Open Settings, then Account or Sign-in, and choose Delete account. Read the explanation and confirm permanent deletion. A successful deletion signs you out. If you use Sign in with Apple, Velisona also revokes its Apple authorization. If a provider is temporarily unavailable, the app shows an error so you can retry.
Request deletion without the app
Email igor.v.maiorov@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject “Delete Velisona account”. State that you want the account and associated data deleted. This request does not require reinstalling the app. Do not send passwords, verification codes or private keys. We verify ownership and confirm completion; contact the same address if you no longer control your registered email.
Data removed
Deletion removes your profile and avatar, authentication sessions, notification registrations, devices, contacts and blocks, queued messages and attachment copies, associated message and call metadata and problem reports linked to the account. Database backups rotate after approximately 8 days. Chat attachment contents are not backed up.
Copies on devices
Local history for the deleted account is cleared on the device used for in-app deletion. Other people’s copies, downloads and exported backups cannot be remotely erased. Remove those you control separately. Account deletion cannot be undone.
